摘    要:OSAHS主要特征为睡眠中反复上气道完全或不完全塌陷,随着生活水平的增高,OSAHS发病率逐年增高,在OSAHS的发病机制、并发症及其治疗方法的研究中,动物模型的成功建立至关重要.本文将OSAHS动物模型的建立方法分类总结后归纳为:间歇缺氧法、上气道阻塞法、片段睡眠法,并对其适用动物及评估方法进行了评价和分析.

Abstract:Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a common disorder that describes recurrent collapse of the upper airway during sleep.To understand the OSAHS pathogenesis,consequenses,and treatment,various animal models have been established.In this view,we put emphasis on the three frequently-used animal models and their evaluation methods-intermittent hypoxia,artificial airway obstruction,and sleep fragmentation.
