循证护理对冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者介入治疗术后并发症以及负性效应的影响

目的 探讨冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者介入治疗中采取循证护理对其术后并发症及负性效应的影响.方法 选取该院采用介入治疗的冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者78例随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用循证护理,对照组采用常规护理,观察两组术后并发症发生情况、负性效应发生情况.结果 观察组心律失常、低血糖、血管损伤发生率均明显低于对照组;观察组入睡困难、全身酸痛、便秘、迷走神经反射、排尿困难、出血或血肿、低血压均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者介入治疗中采取循证护理能够减少术后并发症以及负性效应的发生.

Effect of evidence-based nursing on the postoperative complications and negative effects of type 2 diabetic patients with coronary disease

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the postoperative complications and negative effects of type 2 diabetic patients with coronary disease.Methods A total of 78 patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus who had adopted interventional therapy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given the evidence-based nursing, while the control group adopted the routine care.The postoperative complications and negative effects of the two groups were observed.Results The arrhythmia,hypoglycemia and vascular injury of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The difficulty in falling asleep,body aches,constipation,vagal reflex,difficulty urinating,bleeding or hematoma,hypotension of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The evidence-based care applied in the interventional treatment for patients with coronary artery disease and diabetes type 2 can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and negative effects.
