PCT联合LDH检测对肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液的诊断价值

目的 评估胸腔积液中的降钙素原(PCT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平检测对于肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液的诊断价值.方法 选取2015年1月至2017年2月在江阴市人民医院住院的胸腔积液患者,分为肺癌组和结核组,测定2组胸腔积液中PCT、LDH水平,并进行统计学分析.结果 肺癌组胸腔积液中PCT及LDH水平明显高于结核组(t值分别为7.298、5.607,P值均＜0.05).两者联合检测能够提高诊断的准确性.结论 联合检测PCT、LDH对于诊断肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液有重要的临床意义.

Diagnostic value of combined detection PCT and LDH in lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of procalcitonin (PCT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in pleural effusions for lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion.Methods The patients with pleural effusion in Jiangyin People's Hospital from January 2015 to Febrnary 2017 were selected and divided into lung cancer group and tuberculosis group.The levels of PCT and LDH were detected and made statistical analysis.Results The levels of PCT and LDH in pleural effusion of lung cancer group were significantly higher than those of tuberculosis group (t =7.298,5.607,all P ＜0.05).The combined detection of PCT and LDH could improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Conclusions The combined detection of PCT and LDH has important clinical significance in the diagnosis of lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion.
