终末期肾病患者自我感受负担与自我效能、 焦虑抑郁的相关性分析

目的 探讨终末期肾病患者自我感受负担(self-perceived burden,SPB)与自我效能、焦虑抑郁的相关性,为护理人员为患者实施心理护理、相应护理提供依据.方法 便利抽样296例终末期肾病患者为调查对象,采用自我感受负担量表、自我效能感量表和医院焦虑抑郁量表对其问卷调查,评估终末期肾病患者自我感受负担与自我效能、焦虑抑郁之间的相关性.结果 96.62%终末期肾病患者普遍存在自我感受负担,其平均(29.75±5.41)分,自我感受负担处于中度水平;患者自我效能平均(16.04±2.96)分,总体处于中等偏低水平,患者自我效能与自我感受负担呈负相关(P<0.05);有39.19%患者可疑存在/必定存在焦虑情绪,有41.89%患者可疑存在/必定存在抑郁情绪,其焦虑、抑郁与自我感受负担呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 终末期肾病患者自我感受负担与自我效能、焦虑抑郁存在不同程度的相关性,护理人员可通过激励、心理疏导等方式,提高患者自我效能感、减轻其焦虑抑郁情绪来降低其自我感受负担.

Analysis on the correlation between self-perceived burden,self-efficacy and emotion of anxiety and depression among patients with end-stage renal disease

Objective To explore the relationships between self-perceived burden (SPB) ,self-efficacy and the emotion of anxiety and depression among patients with end-stage renal disease to provide references for nurses to implement psychological nursing and provide the corresponding nursing measures for patients.Methods A total of 296 patients with end-stage renal disease were chosen by convenience sampling method.The relationships between self-perceived burden,self-efficacy and the emotion of anxiety and depression among patients with end-stage renal disease were investigated by self-perceived burden scale,the general self-efficacy scale and the hospital anxiety and depression scale.Results 96.62% of the patients with end-stage renal disease beard the self-perceived burden and the mean score of SPB was (29.75±5.41)points,which was at the middle level.The mean score of self-efficacy of patients was(16.04±2.96)points,which was below the middle level,and the self-efficacy was negatively correlated with SPB (P<0.05).39.19% of the patients were possibly or certainly suffering from anxiety,41.89% of the patients were possibly or certainly suffering from depression.The emotion of anxiety and depression was positively correlated with SPB(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-perceived burden of patients with end-stage renal disease was shown different degree of correlation with self-efficacy and the emotion of anxiety and depression.The nurses can improve patients' self-efficacy and reduce the emotion of anxiety and depression through motivation and psychological counseling to alleviate SPB of patients.
