基于多维风险分析的结构化护理方案在腹腔镜 胆囊切除术患者并发症防护中的应用

目的 探讨基于多维风险分析的结构化护理方案在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者并发症防护中的应用效果.方法 该院自2016年1月起开始将基于多维风险分析的结构化护理方案应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的并发症防护实践中,应用前(2015年7~12月)收治的腹腔镜胆囊切除患者53例设为对照组,应用后(2016年1~6月)收治的同类患者53例设为实验组,比较应用前后各相关指标的差异性.结果 实验组干预后的术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,并发症早期控制率显著高于对照组,应用后医护患三方护理满意度评分均显著高于应用前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 采用基于多维风险分析的结构化护理方案对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施并发症防护干预,能够显著降低该类患者术后并发症风险,提高并发症早期控制率和医护患三方护理满意度.

The application of structured care program based on multidimensional risk analysis to the prevention of complications of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To explore the effect of the application of the structured care program based on multidimensional risk analysis to the prevention of complications of the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods This hospital applied the structured care program based on multidimensional risk analysis to the prevention of complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2016.Before the application(from July to December 2015), 53 cases that were treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy were taken as the control group,while after application (from January to June 2016),53 patients were taken as the experimental group.The differences of relevant indexes between before and after the application of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The early control rate of complications was significantly higher than that of the control group.The scores satisfaction with nursing the patients of the three parts after the application were significantly higher than that of the control group ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Using a structured multidimensional nursing plan based on risk analysis to prevent and intervene the complications of the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly reduce the risk of postoperative complications of the cases,and improve patients'' satisfaction evaluation of nursing care of three part.
