综合护理模式对人工髋关节置换术患者术后恢复情况及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨综合护理模式对人工髋关节置换术患者术后恢复情况及生活质量的影响.方法 以2014年4月～2015年10月期间在无锡市第四人民医院骨科就诊的腰椎间盘源性疼痛保守治疗的患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法将入选30例患者分为两组,每组患者15例,其中实验组在对患者施以脊柱核心稳定训练的基础上再行腰背肌功能锻炼,对照组行腰背肌功能锻炼,依据腰痛,功能障碍评分比较两组患者术后恢复情况及生活质量的差异.结果 采用腰痛JOA评分对患者术后恢复情况评价后发现,实验组患者术后恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05).经不同方式护理后,出院时、出院后4、8、12周,两组患者Oswestry 评分均有所降低,ADL评分均有所升高,但与对照组相比,实验组患者Oswestry 评分降低程度明显低于对照组患者,ADL评分升高程度优于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 采用综合护理方法可以有效改善人工髋关节置换术后患者腰痛情况,同时对患者的生活质量有显著提高作用,值得临床推广使用.

Effect of comprehensive nursing care on living quality and functional recovery of hip joint of patients with total hip replacement

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on living quality and functional recovery of hip joint of patients with total hip replacement.Methods A total of 30 patients with total hip replacement in the Fourth People's Hospital of Wuxi treated from April 2014 to October 2015 were selected for this study,who were randomly divided into two groups,15 patients in each group.The patients of the experimental group were subjected to spinal core stability training on the basis of back muscle exercise,while the patients of the control group were given the back muscle exercise based on low back pain.The quality of life and postoperative recovery of each group were compared by the dysfunction scores.Results The back pain JOA score was used to evaluate the postoperative recovery and found that the postoperative recovery of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).After being treated in different ways,the Oswestry scores of the patients of the two groups at discharge,and4, 8 and 12 weeks after discharge were both decreased,and the ADL scores were both increased,but compared with the control group,the reduced degree of Oswestry score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the increased degree of the ADL score was superior to that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve back pain of hip joint of patients with total hip replacement,and the quality of life of patients are simultaneously improved.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
