基于评估的分级皮肤护理干预方案在防治ICU失禁相关性皮炎中的应用

目的 探讨基于评估的分级皮肤护理干预方案在防治ICU失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)中的应用效果.方法 选取2015年1月~2016年10月该院收治的152例ICU失禁患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各76例.对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者给予基于评估的分级皮肤护理干预方案.观察比较ICU治疗期间的IAD发生情况和发生IAD患者的治疗情况.结果 ICU治疗期间,观察组的IAD发生例数、IAD平均形成时间以及IAD严重程度均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的平均IAD愈合时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于评估的分级皮肤护理干预方案在防治ICU失禁相关性皮炎中的应用效果显著,能够有效地降低ICU失禁患者的IAD发生率,提高发生IAD患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用.

Application of graded skin care intervention program based on assessment in the prevention and treatment of incontinence related dermatitis in ICU

Objective To evaluate the effect of graded skin care intervention program based on assessment in the prevention and treatment of ICU incontinence related dermatitis ( IAD) . Methods A total of 152 patients with ICU incontinence in this hospital from From January 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group and ob-servation group according to random number table method, 76 cases of each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. Patients in the observation group were given assessment-based graded skin care inter-ventions. The incidence of IAD and the treatment of IAD were observed and compared during ICU treatment. Results The incidence of IAD, IAD formation time and IAD severity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05) . In the observation group, the treat-ment efficiency was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0. 05) . The average healing time of IAD of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions The application of the graded skin care intervention based on assessment in ICU incontinence-related dermatitis can effectively reduce the incidence of IAD in patients with ICU incontinence and improve the therapeutic effect of patients with IAD, which is worthy of clinical application.
