广角全程安全坐标护理在喉罩通气下无痛纤支镜检查患者中的应用

目的 探讨广角全程安全坐标护理在喉罩通气下无痛纤支镜检查患者中的应用效果.方法 该院自2014年1月开始对喉罩通气下无痛纤支镜检查患者实施广角全程坐标护理,将实施前(2012年6月～2013年12月)和实施后(2014年1月～2015年6月)接受该类检查者各55例作为研究对象,实施前后病例分别设为对照组和实验组,比较两组无痛纤支镜受检者干预后各相关观察指标的差异性.结果 实验组无痛纤支镜受检者干预后焦虑情绪阳性率和并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,护理满意度评价三大维度量化分值均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05).结论 采用广角全程安全坐标护理对喉罩通气下无痛纤维支气管镜检查患者实施干预,可显著改善患者焦虑情绪,提高检查安全性和护理满意度.

Application of wide-angle overall security coordinate nursing on the patients of painless bronchofiberscope examination under laryngeal mask ventilation

Objective To investigate the application effect of wide-angle overall security coordinate nursing on the patients of painless bronchofiberscope examination under laryngeal mask ventilation.Methods Wide-angle overall coordinate nursing was conducted to painless bronchofiberscope examination cases under laryngeal mask ventilation since January,2014 in this hospital.Before (from June, 2012 to December, 2013) and after (from January, 2014 to June, 2015) the implementation,55 cases that received this examination in this hospital were used as the research objects.Before and after the implementation,the cases were divided into control group and experimental group to compare the difference of relevant observation indexes of two groups of painless bronchofiberscope examination cases after intervention.Results The positive rate of anxious emotion and complication occurrence rate of painless bronchofiberscope examination cases in experimental group after intervention were obviously lower than control group.The three major dimensional quantization scores of nursing satisfaction were obviously higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention conducted to the painless bronchofiberscope examination cases under laryngeal mask ventilation by wide-angle overall coordinate nursing can obviously improve the anxious emotion of patients, improve the examination security and nursing satisfaction.
