临床护理实习生安全文化现状的调查

目的 研究护理实习生的安全文化现状,为完善护生安全文化教育提供依据.方法 采用方便抽样法,以自行编制的"护理安全认知问卷"及"临床相关法律法规认知问卷"对110名护理实习生进行问卷调查,统计分析各条目及维度得分以反应护理实习生的安全文化现状.结果 护理实习生的安全文化得分为(75.17±9.598)分,4个维度得分由高到低依次为:服务意愿、医疗环境、继续学习、知识结构.法律认知得分为(7.12±2.463)分.不同学历护理实习生安全文化、法律认知得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 护理实习生的安全文化总体表现较为理想,但法律认知等部分领域仍需加强,加强学校及医院安全文化教育将有助于护理实习生安全文化的建立.

Research on the status of safe culture of clinical nursing interns

Objective To study the status of clinical nursing intern's safety culture and provide reference for improving the education of safety culture for nursing intern. Methods A total of 110 clinical nursing intern were investi-gated with a self-designed questionnaire of safety awareness with convenience sampling. The score towards every item and dimension were calculated to reflect the status of safety culture. Results The mean score of safety culture were (75. 17±9. 598) points. The four dimensions arrayed according their scores from the highest to the lowest were willing-ness to serve, medical environment, continue learning, structure of knowledge. The mean score of legal cognition were (7. 12±2. 463) points. Significant differences were found among the clinical nursing students with different educational background ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions The results show an overall positive safety culture exists, but some aspects such as legal cognition need to be strengthened. In order to promote the construction of safety culture, it is necessary for school and hospital to strengthen the education of safety culture.
