| 摘 要： | 小窝蛋白1(Caveolin-1,cav-1)是小窝的重要结构蛋白和调节蛋白,参与多种信号转导途径,调控物质跨膜转运,调节细胞增殖与凋亡.目前研究发现cav-1参与ARDS的发生、发展过程,但cav-1对ARDS患者发挥保护作用还是损伤作用仍不明确,本文就cav-1在ARDS的作用作一综述.

| Abstract: | Caveolin-1,the principal structural and regulatory proteins of caveolae,participates in several signal pathways,regulates transportation of macromolecules,and controls celluar proliferation and apoptosis.The purpose of this review is to summarize the rescent data regarding the regulation and function of cav-1 in acute respiratory distress syndrome. |
