妇幼保健院助产士的心理健康状况调查

目的 探讨助产士的心理健康状况,调查工作压力源,并寻找相应对策,为助产士的心理保健工作提供依据.方法 选择惠州市第二妇幼保健院助产士100名作为观察对象,采用问卷调查的模式对100名助产士的心理健康、一般状况、工作压力做调查分析,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估助产士的心理健康情况,应用工作压力源表评价助产士的工作压力情况.结果 SCL-90评分比较,助产士的评分明显高于女性常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);年龄、护龄及助产年限是躯体化因子的主要影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);工作压力源前4位与SCL-90各因子呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 助产士的心理健康状况堪忧,寻找相应对策并做好助产士的心理保健工作十分重要.

Mental health status investigation on the midwife in Huizhou Second Maternal and Child Care Service Center

Objective To explore the mental health status of midwife, pressure source of work and search the corresponding countermeasures so as to provide basis for the mental health-care work of midwife. Methods A total of 100 midwifes from Huizhou Second Maternal and Child Care Service Center were selected as the observation objects. The way of questionnaire was used to have investigation and analysis on the mental health, general status and working pres-sure of 100 midwifes. In addition, SCL-90 (symptom check-list 90) was used to evaluate the mental health of midwife, and working pressure source list was used to evaluate the working pressure of midwifes. Results From SCL-90 score comparison, the score of midwife was significantly higher than female normal value, and the difference was statistical significance (P<0. 01) . Age, nursing age and midwifery year were the main influence factors of somatization factors, and the differences were statistical significance ( P<0. 01 ) . The first four of working pressure source were positively as-sociated with the factors of SCL-90 (P<0. 01) . Conclusions The mental health status of midwife is alarming. It's very important to find the corresponding countermeasures and have good mental health work on midwife.
