肝胆外科患者术后留置导尿不良事件的发生情况及影响因素

目的 探讨肝胆外科患者术后留置导尿引发不良事件的发生情况及影响因素.方法 选取2014年10月~2015年12月上海市某三级甲等医院肝胆外科术后留置导尿的患者968例,调查术后留置导尿3d 和5d引发不良事件的情况,并分析一般资料和临床资料与患者术后留置导尿引发不良事件的关系.结果肝胆外科患者术后留置导尿3 d和5 d不良事件发生率分别为15%和26%.影响肝胆外科患者术后留置导尿引发不良事件发生的危险因素依次为术中使用丝裂霉素、年龄、性别、术前尿路感染史合并糖尿病病史、导尿管型号、置管次数、前列腺增生史和气囊注水量多少.结论 肝胆外科患者术后留置导尿3d和5d引发不良事件的发生情况不同,且受诸多因素的影响.

The occurrence and influencing factors of postoperative retention catheterization for patients with hepatobiliary surgery

Objective To explore the occurrence and influencing factors of postoperative retention catheteriza-tion for patients with hepatobiliary surgery. Methods A total of 968 patients with postoperative retention catheterization treated in the hepatological surgery department in a certain Third-grade Class-A hospital in Shanghai from October 2014 to December 2015 were selected. The circumstances of the adverse events in terms of postoperative retention catheteriza-tion 3 days and 5 days after surgery induced was investigated, and the relationship between general data and clinical da-ta and the adverse events caused by postoperative retention catheterization of patients were analyzed. Results The inci-dence rate of the adverse events caused by postoperative catheterials 3 days and 5 days after surgery were 15% and 26% respectively. The risk factors that affected the postoperative retention catheterization adverse events in patients with hepa-tobiliary surgery were intraoperative of mitomycin during surgery, age, sex, the history of preoperative urinary tract in-fection before surgery combined with the history of diabetes mellitus, catheter model, number of catheters, history of prostate hyperplasia and the amount of air bag injection.Conclusions The occurrence of adverse events caused by post-operative retention catheterization of patients with hepatobiliary surgery was different. And it's influenced by a number of factors.
