新疆维吾尔族男性精神分裂症患者配偶生活质量和社会支持的调查

目的 探讨新疆维吾尔族男性精神分裂症患者配偶生活质量和社会支持状况.方法 应用生活质量综合评定问卷(the Generic Quality of Life Inventory,GQOLI)及社会支持评定量表(SSAS)对59名维吾尔族男性精神分裂症患者配偶及60名已婚正常男性配偶进行评定.结果 新疆维吾尔族男性精神分裂症患者配偶生活质量总分及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活四个维度评分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.01),社会支持总分及主观支持显著低于对照组,(P<0.01),客观支持及支持利用度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 新疆维吾尔族男性精神分裂症患者配偶生活质量状况较差,与社会支持密切相关.

A study on the quality of life and social support of spouses of male Uygur schizo-phrenic patients in Xinjiang

Objective To explore the quality of psychological intervention on the quality of life and social sup-port in spouses of schizophrenia. Methods The Generic Quality of Life Inventory ( GQOLI) and the social support re-valued scale were used to assess the 59 Uygur male schizophrenic patients spouses and 60 married normal control sub-jects. Results The total score of quality of life and the four dimensions of physical function, mental function, social function and material life of spouses of Xinjiang Uygur male schizophrenic patients were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P<0. 01 ) . The total score of social support and subjective support were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0. 01). And compare with the control group, there were no significant differences between ob-jective support and support utilization ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusions The quality of life of the spouse of male schizophrenic patients in xinjiang uygur autonomous region is poor and closely related to social support.
