循证护理结合小牛血去蛋白眼凝胶和激光治疗在重症患者压疮中的应用效果

目的 探讨循证护理结合小牛血去蛋白眼凝胶和激光治疗对改善重症患者压疮的效果.方法 选取该院2014年5月~2016年5月发生压疮的重症患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理结合小牛血去蛋白眼凝胶和激光治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上采用循证护理,治疗干预15 d,观察两组患者的治疗效果、创面愈合情况及患者满意度.结果 实验组的总有效率为97.5%明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的创面愈合情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的满意度为97.5%明显高于对照组的77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.956,P<0.05).结论 对发生压疮的重症患者采用循证护理结合小牛血去蛋白眼凝胶和激光治疗可以有效地改善患者的症状,加速创面的愈合,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用.

The effect of evidence-based nursing care combined with calf blood protein eye gel and laser therapy to improve the pressure ulcer of severe patients

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing care combined with calf blood protein eye gel and laser therapy to improve the pressure ulcer of severe patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with severe pressure in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing care combined with deproteinized calf blood eye gel and laser treatment,while the experimental group were given the evidence-based nursing based on the control group who were treated and intervened for 15 days.The treatment effect,wound healing and patients' satisfaction of the two groups of patients was observed.Results The total effective rate (96.7%) of the experimental group group was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The wound healing of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction (97.5%) of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.5%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.956, P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing care combined with deproteinized calf blood eye gel and laser therapy on severe patients can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, accelerate wound healing.The patients' satisfaction is relatively high,which is worthy of popularization and application.
