促进静脉充盈的干预措施研究

目的 为了解静脉穿刺时不同干预措施对静脉充盈度的影响,探讨促进静脉充盈的最好方法.方法 采用常规法、捋压法、下垂法、轻拍法和甩手法干预措施后分别测量静脉充盈度,并进行统计学分析.结果 在不同干预措施下,采用轻拍法和捋压法时静脉的充盈效果最佳,与下垂法、常规法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与甩手法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甩手法与下垂法、常规法比较差异显著(P<0.05).结论 轻拍法、捋压法、甩手法都可以使静脉高度充盈,但是甩手法不如轻拍法、捋压法效果好,所以临床中提倡使用轻拍法、捋压法,可有效提高静脉穿刺的成功率.

Intervening measure research on improving vein filling

Objective To understand about the influence of different intervening measures on vein filling de-gree during veinpuncture and explore the best method to improve vein filling. Methods The intervening measures of conventional method, massage method, droop method, tap method and hand-throw method were applied to measure vein filling degree and statistical analysis was conducted. Results Under different intervening measures, the filling effect of vein was the best by tap method and massage method. The difference had statistical significance compared with droop method and conventional method ( P<0. 01 ) . In addition, the difference had statistical significance compared with hand-throw method (P<0. 05). Moreover, the difference of hand-throw was significant compared with droop meth-od and conventional method (P<0. 05) . Conclusion Tap method, massage method and hand-throw method can have vein highly filled, but the effect of hand-throw method is inferior to it of tap method and massage method. Thus, it's suggested to use tap method and massage method that can improve the success rate of venipuncture clinically.
