| 摘 要： | 目的:了解美沙酮维持治疗中海洛因依赖者酒滥用情况.方法:利用自行设计的调查表,对参加维持治疗的海洛因依赖者酒滥用情况做出分析.结果:参加美沙酮维持治疗前后3个月对比,海洛因依赖患者饮酒次数及饮酒量有所增加,存在酒滥用现象.结论:增加兴奋性等因素是造成海洛因依赖者在维持治疗期间酒滥用的主要原因,维持治疗门诊应采取有效措施,干预病人滥用酒精.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the instance of alcohol abuse on patients with methadone maintain treatment(MMT).Methods:Evaluated with Self-Rating scale on them before and after MMT.Results:Alcohol abuse wasimproved obviously after MMT.Conclusions:The main reason of alcohol abuse in the methadone maintain treat-ment period is to increase excited feeling and so on.Multiple intervene should be used to relieve alcohol abuse inpatients with MMT. |
