右归饮对家兔激素性股骨头坏死血脂的影响

目的:研究右归饮对家兔激素性股骨头坏死血脂水平的影响.方法:设空白对照组、模型组和治疗组.模型组和治疗组用醋酸氢化泼尼松臀肌注射造模,空白对照组肌注生理盐水.造模4周开始,空白对照组和模型组以生理盐水、治疗组以右归饮灌胃,治疗4周后测定血清胆固醇(Ch01)、甘油三酯(TG)、脂蛋白a(Lp(a))、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL),并观察股骨头病理形态.结果:治疗组Chol、TG、LDL较模型组明显降低(P＜0.05).模型组关节软骨变薄,软骨细胞排列比乱,骨小梁变细、稀疏、萎缩;治疗组的股骨头坏死病理变化较模型对照组轻.结论:右归饮对激素性股骨头坏死的防治作用可能与调节血脂水平有关.

Effects of Youguiying on Blood-lipid of Steroid-Induced Femoral Head Necrosis in Rabbits

Objective:To explore the effects of Youguiying on blood-lipid in model of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis in rabbits.Methods:Set up three rabbit-groups:the blank-control group,the model group and the treated group.The model group and the treated group were established by injection of CSXB,and the blank-control group was established by injection of NS.Four weeks later,the blank-control group and the model group were perfused by GS,and the treated group was perfused by Youguiying. When the rabbits were killed 4 weeks after the treatment,cholesterol,triglyceride,lipoprotein-a,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,very low density lipoprotein were estimated,pathology shapes of femoral head were observed.Results: The levels of cholesterol,triglyceride,and low density lipoprotein of the treated group were obviously lower than that of the model-control group(P<0.05). Later we found that there were the thinner articular cartilage,the disorder arrangement of cartilage cells,and the bone trabecula became tiny,rarefaction and atrophy.While in the treated group,structure and form of articular cartilage and bone trabecula were ameliorated.Conclusion: The mechanism of Youguiying for the treatment of Steroid-induced femoral head necrosis is seemingly related to its effects on blood-lipid.
