健康管理在患高血压病疗养员综合治疗中的运用和效果评估

目的评价对疗养员中患高血压病的患者进行健康管理的效果。方法对112例患高血压病的疗养员建立健康档案,实施健康评估、咨询、生活方式指导、健康教育、合理使用降压药、随访等健康管理措施,时间2个月,采用SPSS13.0软件分析患者对高血压认知程度、行为改变和血压控制的效果。结果实施健康管理后患者对高血压病相关知识知晓率明显提高、日常行为得到改善,收缩压(SBP)由(157.71±1.15)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)降至(134.13±0.50)mmHg,舒张压(DBP)由(79.27±0.81)mmHg降至(77.14±0.63)mmHg,P0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论对高血压病患者进行健康管理,能使患者的治疗正规化,是提高患者自身健康维护能力、有效控制血压、减少并发症的有效措施。

Application and effect estimation of health management in recuperators with hypertension

Objective To evaluate the effect of health management in recuperators with hypertension.Methods Health files were established and health management measures including health assessment,counseling,instruction of life style,health education,rational use of antihypertensive drugs and follow up were implemented.Aider two months,the awareness rate of hypertension-related knowl- edge,behavior alteration and controlled effect of blood pressure were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software.Results After implementation of health management,the awareness rate of hypertension-related knowledge was increased;daily behavior was improved;blood pres- sure was reduced from （157.71±1.15）mmHg （1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）to （134.13± 0.50）mmHg and diastolic blood pressure was reduced from （79.27± 0.81）mmHg to （77.14± 0.63）mmHg,P〈0.01,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Health management for patients with hypertension is not only a regular therapy,but also an effective measure to improve self-health mainte- nance,control blood pressure and reduce complications.
