蠲痛饮对子宫内膜异位症大鼠血清IL-2含量的控制

目的：研究中药蠲痛饮对子宫内膜异位症大鼠血清IL-2的干预作用。方法：将SPF级雌性SD大鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型组、蠲痛饮高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组及孕三烯酮组，采用大鼠自体内膜子宫内膜异位症造模方法，通过ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清IL-2含量，并进行统计分析比较。结果：模型组大鼠血清中IL-2含量较空白组有显著增高（P〈0．01），而蠲痛饮高剂量组能明显降低血清中IL-2的含量，高剂量组与模型组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：蠲痛饮可能是通过降低子宫内膜异位症大鼠血清IL-2含量而对子宫内膜异位症产生治疗作用的。

The Impact of Juan Tong Decoction over IL-2 of Endometriosis Rat

Results： The model of rats, serum IL - ：2 levels were significantly higher than blank group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, Juan tong Decoction of high, medium and low dose group, pregnant three ketene group can reduce serum IL - 2 levels （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, which Juan tong Decoction and serum IL - 2 dose group was obviously lower pregnant three ketene group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Juan tong Decoction may be reduced by endometriosis rats serum IL -2 levels of endometriosis produce therapeutic effect.
