精氨酸增强梗阻性黄疸细胞免疫功能及其降低感染的临床疗效观察

Observation of increasing cellular immunity and reducing infection in obstructive jaundice with arginine

Changes of cellular immunity and perioperation infection complications have been studied in 37 patients(included l4 patients in AOSC) non-arginine (group A) and 29 patients (included 11 patients in AOSC) arginine (group B). The results showed that no matter what pro or post -operation,CD3+CD4+ were higher in group B than those of group A (P<0.01),but SIL- 2R of group B was lower than of group A(P<0.01). In AOSC postoperated,temperature and WBC were lower in group B than those of group A (P<0.01),infection complications of group A were very obviously higher than those of group B (P<0.01). The study indicated that arginine can improve cellular immunity and reduce post-operated infection complications.
