高血压与进展性脑卒中的相关性研究

目的　探讨高血压与进展性卒中的相互关系。方法　回顾分析了 92例缺血性脑卒中患者 ,其中高血压组 4 6例 ,非高血压组 4 6例 ,对其血压及既往病史与病情进展进行了相关分析研究。结果　高血压组4 6例患者中卒中加重者 2 8例 ,非高血压组 4 6例患者中卒中加重 9例 ,两者相比高血压组卒中加重明显高于非高血压组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　高血压与进展性脑卒中的发生发展密切相关 ,是缺血性脑卒中进展的重要危险因素

Correlative Study on Hypertension and Progressive Cerebral Stroke

Objective To discuss the correlative relationship between hypertension and progressive cerebral stroke. Methods 92 cases of ischemic cerebral stroke patient who had hypertension in 46 cases as test group and without hypertension 46 cases as control group. The blood pressure, past history and progressive situation were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 28 cases that the stroke came to severe in test group and 9 cases became severe in control group with P<0.05. Conclusion There might be closed correlative relationship between hypertension and progressive cerebral stroke and it should be an important risk factor.
