经皮胃造瘘治疗重症胰腺炎的临床观察

目的探讨经皮胃造瘘技术与肠内营养相结合的方法治疗重症胰腺炎的效果,以积累经验,指导临床工作。方法收集我院收治的52例急性重症胰腺炎患者,随机分为2组,观察组患者共26例,应用经皮胃造瘘技术与肠内营养相结合的方法治疗,对照组患者共26例,单纯应用肠外营养治疗,比较2组的疗效及并发症的发生率。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论对急性重症胰腺炎患者应用经皮胃造瘘技术与肠内营养相结合的方法进行治疗,效果理想,并发症少,临床可以开展应用。

The clinical observation of PEG on patients with severe pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy（PEG） on patients with severe pancreatits,for accumulating clinical experience and directing the clinical work.Methods 52 cases with severe pancreatitis were divided into the observation and the control group.The observation group（26 cases） were treateded by PEG,but the control group（26 cases） were intervened by parenteral nutrition.The effect and syndrome were compared in the two groups.Results The effect were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group.The syndrome were obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusions The treatment of PEG can improve the effect,decrease the syndrome,be worthy of being recommended in patients with severe pancreatitis.
