| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨不同类型脑血管母细胞瘤的MRI表现.材料和方法: 回顾性分析10例经手术证实为脑血管母细胞瘤的MRI表现.结果: 发生在幕下小脑的9例中,大囊小结节型6例,实质型、单纯囊型及混合型各1例,幕上大脑半球1例,呈大囊小结节型.结论: MRI平扫及增强扫描能较全面地显示各种类型脑血管母细胞瘤的特点.

| Abstract: | Purpose: To study the MRI features of cerebral haemangioblastoma. Materials and Methods: 10 cases of cerebral haemangioblastoma proved by surgery were analysed retrospectively. Results: 9 cases located at the cerebellum, among them 1 case showed solid mass, 6 case appeared typical large cyst with small mural nodnle, 1 case mimiced a simple cyst and another one located at the supralentiorial cerebrum also showed a large cyst with smallmural nodule. Conclusion: Plain scanning and contrast enhanced of MRI could reveal the characteristics of varieties of cerebral haemangioblastoma. |
