| 摘 要： | 目的建立脑苷肌肽注射液、曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液、脾多肽注射液、鹿瓜多肽注射剂和骨瓜提取物注射液降压物质检查方法。方法采用猫血压法对以上5种多组分生化药降压物质项进行了研究。结果脑苷肌肽注射液、曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液、脾多肽注射液、鹿瓜多肽注射剂和骨瓜提取物注射液降压物质检查限值分别为1.0mL·kg^-1、1.0mL·kg^-1、1∶20稀释液0.2mL·kg^-1、0.4mg·kg^-1和0.33mL·kg^-1。结论采用降压物质检查法控制以上5种多组分生化药质量是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the test for depressor substances for Cattle Encephalon and Ignotin Injection,Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection,Lienal Polypeptide Injection,Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection and Extration of Bone-melon Injection.Methods The experiment was carried out with cats.Results The limits of Cattle Encephalon and Ignotin Injection,Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection,Lienal Polypeptide Injection,Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection and Extration of Bone-melon Injection were 1.0mL·kg-1,1.0mL·kg-1,1∶20 dilution 0.2mL·kg-1,0.4mg·kg-1 and 0.33mL·kg-1 respectively.Conclusion It is feasible to control quality of the above five biochemical drugs with multiple components by test for depressor substances. |
