摘    要:领军人才可以带动一个学科突飞猛进,是学科团队的组织者、领导者,大力培养和引进足够数量的领军人才,对推动医院发展起到至关重要的作用。从医院实践出发,总结了医院领军人才在医院学科建设中的作用和意义,同时指出在激烈的人才竞争环境中,如何更好的使用和培养人才。

Abstract:Leading talent can bring discipline transnormal development.They are the organizer and leader in a discipline team.Training and introducing enough outstanding talents play key roles on improving hospital development.Based on the practice,the functions and meanings of introducing and training outstanding talents are summarized.Meanwhile,how to use and training talents under hot competition environment are also mentioned.
