社区高血压危险因素干预效果调查

目的观察综合干预对高血压病的作用。方法采用药物与行为干预相结合的方法,对社区内高血压病人进行综合干预,观察干预前后高血压危险因素的变化。结果干预后,血压、血糖和血脂水平均下降,与干预前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论社区综合干预对控制高血压有重要作用。

Investigation on effect of risk factors intervention for hypertension in community

[Objective]To observe the effect of comprehensive intervention on hypertension.[Methods]The patients with hypertension in this community were given the comprehensive intervention of drug therapy combined with behavioral interventions,and the changes of risk factors of hypertension before and after intervention were observed.[Results]The levels of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The comprehensive community intervention plays an important role in hypertension control.
