下肢静脉曲张主干剥脱与泡沫硬化剂注射的早期效果对比研究

[目的]对比大隐静脉主干剥脱与泡沫硬化剂注射在治疗下肢静脉曲张中的早期临床结果.[方法]回顾本中心自2010年1月至2011年6月收治的原发性大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料,根据人选标准,共有243例患者人组.其中,97例大隐静脉主干采用泡沫硬化剂注射,146例主干行限制性剥脱术.对比这两种方法的手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间、早期临床有效性及并发症.[结果]所有患者手术均成功完成.泡沫硬化剂注射方法的早期临床有效性与剥脱术相仿(P=0.39),但在控制手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间及早期并发症方面,前者优于后者(P＜0.05).[结论]大隐静脉主干采用泡沫硬化剂注射较剥脱术更为安全、微创,且二者的早期疗效相仿.前者的中、远期结果尚待进一步随访.

Comparisons of the early results between striping and sclerosing foam injection of the truck of great saphenous vein for treatment of varicose veins of the lower limbs

Objective To compare the early results between striping and sclerosing foam injection of the truck of great saphenous vein(GSV)for treatment of varicose veins of the lower limbs.Methods Clinical data of patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremities were retrospected.According to the selection criteria,243 cases were enrolled,with 97 cases treated by sclerosing foam injection of the truck of GSV,and 146 cases by limited striping of the truck.The operation time,blood loss,average hospital days,the early results of effectivity and complications of both methods were compared.Results All patients enrolled underwent successful operations.The early effectivity of sclerosing foam injection showed no statistical difference with the one of limited stripping(P=0.39),while the former was better than the latter in reducing operation time,blood loss,average hospital days,as well as early complications(P<0.05).Conclusions Sclerosing foam injection of the truck of GSV is less invasive and safer than the stripping,and enjoys an equal effectivity with the latter.The mid and long term results of the former method still need to be investigated.
