摘    要:目的对DX-120型离子色谱法测定水中硫酸盐含量进行不确定度评估。方法采用离子色谱法测定水样(A、B)中硫酸盐含量,分析不确定度的来源。结果不确定度分量有重复性、标准曲线、标准溶液和样品溶液定容。综合不确定分量值水样A为0.158 mg/L,水样B为1.66 mg/L。水样测定结果及不确定度表达(k=2):A水样中SO24-含量为(12.0±0.4)mg/L,B水样中SO42-含量为(148±4)mg/L。结论该方法对水中硫酸盐含量进行的不确定度评估合理,可靠。

Abstract:Objective]To evaluate the uncertainty in the determination of sulfate content in water by DX-120 ion chromatography.Methods]The sulfate contents in water samples(A and B) were determined by chromatography,and the sources of uncertainties were analyzed.Results]The uncertainty components included repeatability,standard curve,standard solution and sample solution constant volume.The systematic uncertainty component of sample A and sample B was 0.158 mg/L and 1.66 mg/L respectively.The determination result and uncertainty expression was(k=2): the SO2-4 content of sample A and sample B was(12.0±0.4)mg/L and(148±4)mg/L respectively.Conclusion]This method is reasonable and reliable for the evaluation of uncertainty in determination of sulfate in water.
