辅酶Q10提高小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究辅酶Q10对小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力的影响。方法:分别以133.3、66.7、33.3 mg/kgBW剂量辅酶Q10给小鼠连续灌胃35 d,通过负重游泳试验、尿素、肝糖原和血乳酸测定评价其抗疲劳功能,通过常压耐缺氧试验、亚硝酸钠中毒试验和急性脑缺血(断头)试验评价其耐缺氧功能。结果:在本实验条件下,辅酶Q10能够延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,增加肝糖原储备,减少小鼠运动后血中乳酸和尿素氮含量;辅酶Q10能够延长小鼠缺氧存活时间和急性脑缺血后张口呼吸时间,对硝酸钠中毒后存活时间无明显影响。结论:辅酶Q10可以提高小鼠的抗疲劳能力和耐缺氧能力。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Coenzyme Q10 on the ability of anoxia endurance and anti-fatigue in mice.Methods: Coenzyme Q10 was consecutively orally given to mice with the doses of 133.3,66.7 and 33.3 mg/kgBW for 35 days.Test of burdened swimming,lactic acid,hepatic glycogen and urea determination were used to assess the function of anti-fatigue.Tests of anoxia endurance under normal pressure,sodium nitrite posioning and acute cerebral ischemia(cutting head) were used to assess the function of anoxia endurance.Results: On the test condition,Coenzyme Q10 can prolong the time of burdened swimming,increase the hepatic glycogen store in liver,decrease the lactic acid and urea content in blood of mice after swimming.It can prolong the survival time under anoxia condition and the breathing time after head being cut.The survival time after poisoned by sodium nitrite was not significantly influenced.Conclusion: Coenzyme Q10 can enhance the function of anti-fatigue and anoxia endurance in mice.
