遵义市男男性行为人群HIV、梅毒、HCV感染状况及其行为学特征

目的了解遵义市男男性行为者(MSM)艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒和丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染状况,以及艾滋病性病相关高危行为,为制定艾滋病性病防治策略和干预措施提供依据。方法采取横断面调查,对中心城区MSM人群进行问卷调查,同时抽取血样进行HIV、梅毒和HCV实验室检测。结果调查MSM人群109例,HIV感染率为10.09%;梅毒感染率为0.92%,HCV感染率为0.92%,对艾滋病的知晓率为96.33%,最近6个月发生同性肛交时,每次性行为使用安全套的比例为20.51%,最近6个月发生异性性交时,每次性行为使用安全套的比例为7.70%。结论遵义市MSM人群"知识-行为分离"现象严重,安全套使用率低,应进一步加强该人群的行为干预措施,控制艾滋病性病经性途径传播。

Infection status of HIV,syphilis,HCV among MSM and their behavioral characteristics in Zunyi city

Objective]To understand the infection status of HIV,syphilis and HCV among MSM,and AIDS,venereal diseases related high risk behaviors,and provide evidence for developing AIDS control strategies and interventions.Methods]By using cross-sectional study,the MSM living in urban was investigated by questionnaire.The blood samples were collected for HIV,syphilis and HCV laboratory testing.Results]A total of 109 cases of MSM were investigated,the infection rate of HIV,syphilis and HCV was 10.09%,0.92% and 0.92%.The AIDS awareness rate was 96.33%.In the recent 6 months,the proportion of condom use for every homosexual buggery was 20.51%;that for every heterosexual intercourse was 7.70%.Conclusion]The "knowledge-behavior separation" among MSM population is serious,condom usage rate is low.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the behavioral interventions and control sexual transmission of AIDS and STD.
