2010年楚雄州手足口病流行特征

目的了解2010年楚雄州手足口病流行情况及原因,分析其流行特征,为制定有效的预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法收集2010年全州各级医疗机构通过国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统报告的手足口病数据,对其进行流行病学三间分布分析,同时采集部分病例标本进行实验室病原学检测。结果全州共发病1 488例,发病率为54.87/10万;全年均有病例发生,发病高峰为6—9月份,占全年病例总数的68.93%;发病地区以禄丰县居多,占41.41%;发病年龄最小为3月龄,最大为13岁,其中1～4岁发病1 203例,占80.85%;散居儿童发病1 074例,占72.18%。结论楚雄州手足口病流行广,发病率高,与气温高、散居儿童家长卫生防病意识差等因素有关,也不排除部分病例误诊误报。

Epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in Chuxiong prefecture in 2010

Objective]To study the epidemic situation and causes of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Chuxiong prefecture in 2010,analyze its epidemiological characteristics,and provide the scientific basis for developing the effective control and prevention measures. Methods]The HFMD data were collected from medical institutions at different levels by national disease supervision information management system in Chuxiong prefecture in 2010,and were analyzed for distribution of time,regional and population.Some samples were collected for pathogenic detection in the laboratory. Results]There were 1 488 cases in Chuxiong prefecture in 2010,and the incidence rate was 54.87/lakh.The cases were reported during the whole year,and the peak season was June to September,which accounted for 68.93% of total cases.Most of cases occurred in Fenglu county,which accounted for 41.41%.The youngest and oldest patient was respectively 3 months old and 13 years old.1 203(80.85%) patients were children aged 1-4 yeas old.1 074 cases were scattered children,which accounted for 72.18%. Conclusion]HFMD has been widely spreading in Chuxiong prefecture and incidence rate is high,which is related to weather condition and poor health awareness of scattered children’ parents,and it is certainly possible that misdiagnosis and misinformation can not be ruled out.
