| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经减压术治疗糖尿病性周围神经病（DPN）的疗效及手术前后血液中P物质的变化。方法2008年9月-2011年3月，对30例DPN患者下肢施行神经减压术，并观察术后疗效。用酶联免疫吸附法测定术前、术后2周患肢血浆及对照组血浆中P物质含量，对结果进行统计学分析。结果随访3～8个月，术后患者症状明显缓解，神经传导速度明显加快，手术后血液中P物质含量明显升高。结论神经减压术是治疗DPN的一种有效方法，血浆P物质的变化可能与手术的疗效有关。

A study on substance P in blood of diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated with nerve decompression |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） with nerve decompression and the change of substance P in blood before and after the operation. Methods From September 2008 to March 2011, 30 cases of DPN patients were treated with nerve decompression on lower limb and the effect of the operation was observed. The content of substance P in plasma was measured with ELISA before operation, 2 weeks after operation and the normal control group. Results Following-up from 3 to 8 months, the symptom was significantly relief after the operation, the nerve conduction velocity was fasted, P was increased significantly after operation. Conclusion Nerve decompression was an effective method for the treatment of DPN, the changes of substance P in blood might be associated with the efficacy of operation. |
