开颅术后静脉输液中与输液后拔除留置导尿管的临床观察

目的观察开颅术后患者静脉输液中与输液后拔除留置导尿管的效果。方法将98例开颅手术患者随机分为输液中组49例和输液后组49例,统计2组患者拔除留置导尿管后出现排尿困难、尿潴留、污染床单、尿常规检查阳性、输液针头脱出和担忧及肢体活动受限的例数。结果静脉输液后予拔除留置导尿管,患者产生排尿困难、污染床单和担忧及肢体活动受限的例数显著减少,2组产生尿潴留和尿常规检查阳性无显著性差别。结论开颅术后患者静脉输液后予拔除留置导尿管比输液中拔除尿管效果好。

Clinical observation of pulling out the indwelling catheter during and after the intravenous infusion in craniotomy cases

Objective To observe the effects of pulling out the indwelling catheter during and after the intravenous infusion in craniotomy cases. Methods 98 craniotomy cases were randomly and equally divided into two groups: cases of one group were pulled out the indwelling catheter during the intravenous infusion, while cases of the other group were pulled out the indwelling catheter after the intravenous infusion. Made a statistical analysis on the dysuria, urinary retention,bed sheet contamination,being positive in urine routine test,prolapse of the needle and psychological anxiety of patients in these two groups. Results Pulling out the indwelling catheter after intravenous infusion cause less dysuria,bed sheet contamination and psychological anxiety. There was no significant difference between two groups in urinary retention and being positive in urine routine test. Conclusion Pulling out the indwelling catheter after the intravenous infusion is better than pulling it out during the intravenous infusion.
