PCNA、Ki-67在腮腺肿瘤中的表达

目的　研究增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA )、增殖细胞核相关抗原 (Ki 67)在人体腮腺及其肿瘤中的表达 ,探讨PCNA、Ki 67与不同病理分级腮腺肿瘤间的关系 ,并预测其预后。方法　将已经病理诊断的 3 2例腮腺组织标本分成正常、良性、低度恶性及高度恶性 4个组 ,采用免疫组化法测定其细胞中PCNA及Ki 67的阳性表达率 ,并进行比较。结果　PCNA及Ki 67阳性表达率 :高度恶性组最高 ,且高于低度恶性组 ;良性组较低 ,但高于正常组 ;四组间阳性表达率有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　PCNA及Ki 67的表达与腮腺肿瘤病理分级密切相关 ,并能预测腮腺肿瘤预后

Expression of PCNA、Ki-67 in Parotid Tumors

Objective To investigate the relation between the staining of PCNA and Ki-67 and the clincal pathological grade of parotid tumors.Methods 32 cases were divided into the following four groups based on histological diagnosis,they are the normal parotid,benign parotid tumor,Low grade and high grade parotid carcinoma.Then the method of immunohistochemical measures to investigate PCNA?Ki-67 staining in specimens of each group was used,and then the result of each group was compared.Results The rate of positive staining of PCNA and Ki-67 in high grade parotid carcinoma is the highest in four groups,and more than low grade parotid carcinoma.It is lower in benign parotid tumor,but more than normal parotid.There is a statistical significance between the four groups in the positive staining of PCNA and Ki-67(P<0.01).Conclusion The staining of PCNA and Ki-67 has a good correlation with the clinical pathological grade of parotid tumor.The method of immunohistochemical staining of PCNA and Ki-67 can be used in the diagnosis of parotid tumors,it is an useful prognostic indicator of parotid tumor.
