子宫内膜异位症术后痛经的中药治疗

目的：探讨中药制剂治疗子宫内膜异位症术后痛经效果及作用机理。方法：选取因子宫内膜异位症保守性手术后仍痛经的病例100例，随机分为治疗组68例和对照组32例，分别口服中药制剂及孕三烯酮胶囊3个月。结果：中药制剂治疗痛经症状有效率98．53％，对照组总有效率为78．13％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：中药制剂能够缓解及治疗子宫内膜异位症术后痛经症状且效果比西药佳。
