CT引导下微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血临床研究

目的：探讨微创清除术治疗脑出血的方法与疗效。方法：60例脑出血患者随机分为穿刺引流组和穿刺碎吸组，并以30例保守治疗者为对照组，分析其有效率、死亡率及再出血率等。结果：穿刺引流组有效率85．7％，死亡率11．4％，再出血率8．6％；穿刺碎吸组有效率68％，死亡率24％，再出血率20％；对照组有效率56．6％，死亡率33．3％，再出血率26．7％。各组比较有显著性差异。结论：微创清除术特别是穿刺引流术治疗脑出血简便、安全、疗效显著。

Study on Minimal-invasive Evacuation Lead by CT of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the methods and effect of minimal invasive evacuation for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into hemorrhage drainage group and hemorrhage aspiration group.The control group included 30 cases with drug treatment.Then observe the effective ratio,died ratio,re-hemorrhage ratio and itc.Results: The effective ratios of the drainage group,the aspiration group and the control group were respectively 85.7%,68% and 56.6 %.The died ratios of three group were respectively 11.4%,24% and 33.3% and the re-hemorrhage ratio of that were 8.6%,20% and 26.7%.Each group was significantly different.Conclusions: It's of simplicity,safety and obvious effectiveness to treat hypertensive hemorrhage by minimal invasive evacuation especially hemorrhage drainage.
