调经毓麟汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床研究

目的研究调经毓麟汤配合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）所致不孕症的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法将60例PCOS所致的不孕症患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,以调经毓麟汤配合西药治疗;对照组30例,仅应用西药。首先行调整月经周期治疗3个月经周期,然后行促排卵治疗。观察治疗前后患者临床症状、体征改善情况,女性生殖激素变化情况,B型超声监测卵泡及子宫内膜情况,妊娠情况等。结果治疗组可有效改善肾阳虚证候,统计分析优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组妊娠率、周期妊娠率及血黄体生成素（LH）、睾酮（T）及LH/FSH值与对照组比较差异均有显著性（P〈0.05、P〈0.01）。结论调经毓麟汤配合西药治疗PCOS所致的不孕症,能有效改善中医证候,调节生殖激素水平,提高妊娠率。

Clinical study on treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome with Tiaojingyulin decoction

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of combination therapy infertility caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS）with Tiaojingyulin Decoction,Cyproterone ethinyl estradiol tablets（Diane-35）,Clomiphene Citrate tablets,E acid estradiol and discusses the mechanism.Methods 60 cases of Kidney-yang deficiency of infertility caused by PCOS patients were randomly divided into two groups：combination with TCM and western medicine treatment （30 cases,treatment group） and western medicine treatment group （30 cases,control group）. First line adjust menstrual cycles （adjustable weeks） three menstrual cycles：treatment group oral Tiaojingyulin Decoction and Diane-35,control group only oral Diane-35,then do promote ovulation,the treatment group oral Tiaojingyulin Decoction,Clomiphene citrate tablets and Progynova,only for control method of oral Clomiphene citrate tablets and Progynova. Observed before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,signs of improvement,the female reproductive hormone,B ultrasonic monitoring follicle and lining,pregnancy,etc.Results Treatment group can effectively improve the Kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,statistical analysis better than control （P0.05） group,53.33% pregnancy rates in treatment group and cycle 23.53% pregnancy rates,26.67% pregnancy rates in control group and cycle 9.64% pregnancy rates,between two groups of comparisons are significant （P0.05）. Two groups of ovulation rate there was no significant difference rate （P0.05）. Two groups of before and after the treatment of blood LH,LH/FSH and T were significantly lower.,compared with the control group is extremely significant difference （P0.01）. Conclusion To combine Tiaojingyulin Decoction and western medicine treatment of Kidney-yang deficiency of infertility caused by PCOS,can improve the syndromes and signs,regulates hormone level,improve pregnancy rate and cycle pregnancy rate.
