我院儿科用药电话咨询情况分析

目的:调查我院儿科用药电话咨询情况.方法:对我院2010年1月1日～2010年12月31日儿科用药电话咨询情况进行整理、分析.结果:儿科用药电话咨询记录中,咨询回复的及时性好,咨询药物以呼吸系统药物和抗菌药物为主,咨询内容以药品用法用量、特殊剂型用法、药物相互作用为主.结论:电话药物咨询为患者提供了方便快捷的药学服务模式,能提高儿童用药安全性、依从性,提高儿科药学服务质量.

Analysis of Telephone Counseling about Pediatric Drug Use in Suzhou Municipal Hospital

Objective: To investigate the telephone counseling about pediatric drug use in Suzhou Municipal Hospital.Methods: Collect and analyze telephone counseling about pediatric drug use in Suzhou Municipal Hospital from January 1,2010 to December 31,2010.Results: From the records of the pediatric drug telephone counseling,the counseling was mainly for respiratory system drugs and anti-infective drugs about their drug dosage and administration,special formulations of usage,and drug interactions.The timeliness of the reply was satisfactory.Conclusions: The telephone counseling about medications for patients provided a convenient and effective pharmaceutical service model to improve children’s medication safety,compliance,and improved the quality of pediatric pharmaceutical care.
