| 摘 要： | 目的:观察云南白药胃内给药治疗新生儿消化道出血的治疗效果.方法:将诊断为消化道出血的新生儿83例,随机分为治疗组42例和对照组41例,治疗组在对照组综合治疗的基础上给予云南白药,用少量5％葡萄糖液稀释后在洗胃结束后经胃管内注入或直接口服,每次1/3勺(0.25 g/勺),每8h1次,连用1～3d.结果:治疗组总有效率90.5％,对照组总有效率56.0％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:云南白药胃内给药治疗新生儿消化道出血疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of intragastric administration of Yunnan Baiyao in the treatment of neonatal gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods: Randomly 83 neonates with gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into two groups: 41 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the treatment group.In addition to the normal treatment,the treatment group was given Yunnan Baiyao orally or via stomach tube.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group(90.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(56.0%),there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: The clinical curative effect of intragastric administration of Yunnan Baiyao on neonatal gastrointestinal hemorrhage was obvious. |
