乳果糖口服液和通乐口服液治疗儿童便秘的疗效和依从性比较

目的:探讨我院自制中成药制剂通乐口服液与市售乳果糖口服液治疗儿童便秘的疗效,为临床治疗儿童便秘提供选择.方法:将我院收治的100例便秘儿童随机分成两组各50例,治疗组口服乳果糖口服液,1次/d；对照组口服通乐口服液,2次/d.治疗2周后比较两组疗效及患儿依从性.结果:两组患儿便秘均有明显改善,治疗组总有效率98.0％,对照组总有效率94.0％,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义,且无明显不良反应发生.结论:乳果糖口服液和通乐口服液治疗儿童便秘均具有良好的效果和安全性,乳果糖口服液口感好,儿童依从性好,通乐口服液依从性较差,但价格更便宜,因此可根据患儿情况合理选择.

Efficacy and Compliance of Lactulose Oral Solution and Tongle Oral Solution in Treatment of Constipation in Children

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Lactulose Oral Solution and Tongle Oral Solution in treatment of constipation in children.Methods: Totally 100 cases of constipation patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(50 cases) was treated with Lactulose Oral Solution,and the control group(50 cases) was treated with Tongle Oral Solution.Results: The symptoms of constipation in two groups were significantly improved.The treatment group and the control group had no significant difference in efficacy,and no significant adverse reactions.Conclusions: Both Lactulose Oral Solution and Tongle Oral Solution have good effects in constipation,but the sweet taste of Lactulose Oral Solution is more convenient for children.It is worth popularizing and applying.
