力德希口服液对儿童高铅血症及免疫功能的影响

目的:观察力德希口服液对儿童高铅血症的临床疗效及其对儿童免疫功能的影响.方法:选择患高铅血症和轻度铅中毒儿童75例,随机分为两组,营养素组(A组)37例给予小儿善存片干预,力德希口服液组(B组)38例给予力德希口服液干预,疗程2个月.结果:临床干预后,A、B两组平均血铅含量和神经行为评分均下降,B组平均血铅含量的下降幅度明显大于A组(P＜0.01)；B组的IFN-γ升高,IL-4降低,IFN-γ/IL-4明显回升,与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:力德希口服液能显著降低儿童血铅水平,改善高血铅儿童的神经行为,调节机体的免疫功能.

The Effect of Lead-X Oral Solution on Lead Poisoning Children and Their Immunological Function

Objective: To study the effect of Lead-X oral solution on lead poisoning children and their immune status.Methods: Randomly 75 cases of children with mild lead poisoning were divided into two groups,A group(nutrient supplement group,n=37) received Children Centrum;B group(Lead-X oral solution group,n=38) took Lead-X oral solution.The treatment continued for two months.Results: After treatment,the average blood lead level and neurobehavioral score of two groups were reduced significantly(P<0.05),the decrease of B group was more obvious than that of A group(P<0.01).Compared with A group,the average level of IFN-γ was increased,the level of IL-4 was decreased,and the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 was elevated in B group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Lead-X oral solution can cut down blood lead level,improve neurobehavioral score,and increase immune function of lead poisoning children significantly.
