贵阳市妇幼保健院120例住院患者抗菌药物使用情况调查

目的:了解我院抗菌药物的使用情况,为抗菌药物的合理使用和科学管理提供依据.方法:从不同科室随机抽取出院患者病历120份进行综合分析.结果:我院120例住院患者使用抗菌药物以青霉素类、头孢菌素类和喹诺酮类为主,大多数抗菌药物用药剂量相对合理,抗茵药物应用率较高(83.33％),联合用药普遍,抗菌药物治疗病例微生物标本送检率合格(58.82％),围术期抗菌药物使用率为100％,对预防性使用抗菌药物的依赖性过大.结论:我院住院患者抗菌药物使用仍存在一些不合理现象,对存在的问题应制定相应的措施.

Use of Antimicrobial Drugs in Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital: a Study of 120 Cases

Objective: To understand the current situation of how antibacterial drugs are managed and used in Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital in order to provide guidance for the rational use and management of antibacterial drugs.Methods: Medical records of 120 discharged patients from different departments in Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly selected and comprehensively analyzed.Results: The frequently used antibiotics in this hospital were penicillin,cephalosporins,and quinolones.The dosages of most antibacterial drugs were relatively reasonable.Data and figures both showed a high percentage of antibacterial drug usage,which was 83.33%.Combined medication was commonly adopted,microbial sample tests of antibacterial drug usage in the treatment were qualified,and the detection rate was 58.82%.In addition,data showed the utilization rate of antibacterial drugs was 100% during the pre-operation period.Conclusions: Antibacterial drugs have been rational used in Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital.However,there are also some unreasonable signs.Therefore,measures need to be taken in order to solve the existing problems.
