布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿轻度急性感染性喉炎的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入对小儿轻度急性感染性喉炎的临床治疗效果.方法:将本院收治的102例轻度急性感染性喉炎患儿随机分为试验组、对照组和常规治疗组各34例.三组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上试验组加用布地奈德雾化吸入,对照组加用地塞米松静脉滴注,比较三组的临床疗效.结果:试验组的总有效率为100％,对照组总有效率97.06％,常规治疗组总有效率58.82％.试验组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),试验组、对照组与常规治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).三组患儿的住院时间、起效时间、声嘶消失时间、犬吠样咳嗽消失时间及吸气性喉鸣消失时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).试验组和常规治疗组无明显不良反应,对照组1例出现血压升高,1例面部潮红.结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿轻度急性感染性喉炎疗效显著,不良反应少,住院时间短,方法简便易行,适合临床推广应用.

Clinical Curative Effect of Budesonide Atomization Inhalation on Children with Mild Acute Infectious Laryngitis

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide atomization inhalation on children with mild acute infectious laryngitis.Methods: One hundred and two cases of children with mild acute infectious laryngitis were randomly divided into the experimental group,control group,and conventional treatment group equally(n=34).Three groups were given general treatment,while the experimental group received budesonide atomization inhalation,and the control group received dexamethasone intravenous drip.The clinical curative effects were compared between the three groups.Results: The total effective rate was 100%,97.06% and 58.82% in the experimental group,the control group,and the conventional treatment group,respectively.The difference between the experimental group and the control group had no statistical significance.The difference between the conventional treatment group and the experimental group,the control group was statistically significant.The length of hospitalization,effective time,disappearance time of hoarseness,barking cough,and wheezing had statistically significant differences between the three groups(P<0.01).The experimental group and conventional treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions observed.In the control group there was one case of high blood pressure,and one case of facial blushing.Conclusions: Budesonide atomization inhalation treatment of mild acute infectious laryngitis in children is curatively effect,with mild adverse reactions,and the administration is simple and easy to operate,and is suitable for clinical application.
