2009～2011年江阴市新生儿血清苯丙氨酸及促甲状腺素筛查分析

目的:探讨2009～2011年江阴市新生儿血清苯丙氨酸及促甲状腺素筛查情况。方法:回顾性分析2009～2011年新生儿血清苯丙氨酸及促甲状腺素筛查情况。新生儿于出生72 h,充分母乳喂养后采足跟血检测血清苯丙氨酸及促甲状腺素水平,对可疑阳性者通知其家属及时进行复查确诊。结果:2009～2011年江阴市活产儿60 790例,共筛查新生儿59 210例,总筛查率为97.4%;三年间全市总筛查率逐年上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);59 210名被筛查者中,初检阳性者941例,召回复查者694例,召回率73.8%,确诊阳性者34例。结论:江阴市新生儿血清苯丙氨酸及促甲状腺素筛查率逐渐增高,召回率较低。

An Analysis of Neonatal Serum Phenylalanine and Thyrotropin Screening from 2009 to 2011 in Jiangyin

Objective: To investigate the neonatal serum phenylalanine and thyrotropin screening from 2009 to 2011 in Jiangyin.Methods: A retrospective analysis of neonatal serum phenylalanine and thyrotropin screening from 2009 to 2011 was conducted.When neonates were born 72 hours and received full breastfeeding,the blood serum phenylalanine and thyroid-stimulating hormone were screened.The cases with suspicious positive were informed to reexamine.Results: The overall screening rate was 97.4%,local screening rates and the city’s total screening were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).The recall rate was 73.8%,and 34 cases were confirmed positive.Conclusions: The screening rate of neonatal serum phenylalanine and thyrotropin in Jiangyin were increased year by year,and the recall rate was low.
