| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血小板微颗粒（PMPs）可刺激人脐静脉内皮细胞（ECV-304）表达组织因子（TF）。方法将一定数量分离于人富血小板血浆（PRP）的PMPs加到ECV-304细胞作用一定时间后,应用逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）、流式细胞术检测细胞TF表达。结果一定数量PMPs可刺激ECV-304细胞表达TF,但与相同反应条件下一定浓度内毒素（LPS）作用于ECV-304细胞表达的TF量有所不同。结论PMPs可刺激ECV-304细胞表达TF。
