急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗前后血清同型半胱氨酸变化及临床意义

目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗前后血浆同型半胱氨酸变化及其临床意义。方法应用荧光偏振免疫分析检测86例急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗前后及46例正常人的血清同型半胱氨酸水平。结果急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗前的血清同型半胱氨酸水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义;急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗后血清同型半胱氨酸水平显著下降(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症与急性缺血性脑卒中的发生有关,血清同型半胱氨酸水平可以作为急性缺血性脑卒中的诊断和疗效观察的辅助指标。

The changes and clinical significance of serum homocysteine in acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy before and after treatment

Objective To investigate plasma homocysteine in acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients before and after treatment and its clinical significance. Methods Fluorescence polarization immunoassay was applied for detecting serum homocysteine levels of 46 normal subjects and 86 cases of acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients before and after treatment. Results Homocysteine levels in acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy patient group before treatment were higher than that in control group(P<0.01),the difference was extremely significant. The homocysteine levels decreased significantly(P<0.01)in acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients after treatment, the difference was extremely significant. Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia is associated with the occurrence of acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy. Serum homocysteine levels can be as the aid index of diagnosis and therapeutic effective observation on acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy.
