| 摘 要： | 本实验采用以维生素C作酸化剂,从胆红素结石和胆汁中提取胆红素,文中对影响反应的因素进行了探讨。本实验表明,维生素C作酸化剂,同时又作还原剂,可以顺利地进行胆红素的提取,不需用抗氧化剂,本方法简易合理,提取率高。

| Abstract: | This article reports the extraction of bilirubin from bilirubin stone and bile with vitamine C as an acidifying agent. Our experi-ments have proved that the extraction of bilirubin is successful andeffective with vitaminc C as both acidifying agent and reductive agent. This method is simple and easy, with a high percentage of extraction. The factors which influence the reaction are discussed in detail. |
