通心络胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及机制探讨

摘    要:目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗精尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效,并观察治疗的后患者血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的变化。方法98例DPN患者随机分为通心络治疗组(50例)和复合维生素B治疗组(对照组1.48例).观察两组患者的临床疗效,并检测血中SOD和MDA的变化.与35例健康者作比较。结果 通心络组和治疗组的总有效率分别为8000%和60.42%.两组间比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。治疗前两组血中SOD活性明显低于健康人,MDA水平明显高于健康人(P〈0.05)治疗后,通心络胶囊组患者SOD活性明显升高,MDA水平明显下降(P〈0.01)。而对照组患者在治疗后,SOD活性和MDA水平无明显变化(P〉0.05)。结论 通心络可有效改善DPN的临床症状,其机制可能与提高SOD活性,降低MDA的产生有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients(DPN), and its influence on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA). Methods ninety-eight DPN patients were divided into two groups, which were Tongxinluo capsule group (50 cases), and control group (48 cases). The blood SOD activity and serum MDA levels were determined before and after treatment. And they were compared with normal control(35 cases). Results The symptoms of both groups were significantly improved, but the total effective rate of Tongxinluo capsule group was better than that of control group (80.00% vs 60.42%, P<0.05). Before treatment, the SOD activity in DPN patients were lower than that in control group. And the serum MDA levels were higher than that in control group. The levels of serum NO and blood SOD activity were increased remarkably after Tongxinluo capsule treatment, and the MDA levels decreased. However, the MDA levels and SOD activity were not change in control group. Conclusion The results suggested that Tongxinluo capsule could effectively improve the symptoms of DPN, and the mechanism of which maybe mediated by scavenging free radical and preventing lipid peroxidation.
