原发性纵隔肿瘤46例诊治体会

目的：总结近5年原发性纵隔肿瘤的诊断、临床资料及治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析和研究从2003年1月至2008年12月在经外科手术诊治的46例原发性纵隔肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果：所有的病人均经手术和病理检查证实,46例中畸胎瘤19例占41.3%,主要位于前纵隔;神经源性肿瘤14例,占30.4%,主要位于后纵隔;胸腺瘤9例,占19.6%,全部位于前纵隔;淋巴瘤4例占8.7%,主要位于前纵隔。结论：在原发性纵隔肿瘤中,本组发病率由高到低依次为畸胎瘤、神经源性肿瘤、胸腺瘤、淋巴瘤。手术是主要的诊治方式;术后综合治疗是影响预后的重要因素。
