尼莫地平对顽固性癫痫的疗效及其抗氧化作用的研究

目的：探讨尼莫地平对顽固性癫痫病人的脑保护作用。方法：30例顽固性癫痫病人，在服用原抗癫痫药的基础上，用微量输液泵静脉动入尼莫地平注射液连用7天，然后用尼莫地平维持治疗至三个月，进行治疗前后疗效对比。并测定治疗前后血中SOD、GSH-PX、MDA的水平。结果：尼莫地平配合抗癫痫药物治疗顽固性癫痫与治疗前相比效果显著，而且副作用较少。治疗后SOD、GSH-PX明显增高和MDA明显下降。结论：尼莫地平对顽固性癫痫有一定脑保护作用，可作为治疗顽固性癫痫的辅助疗法之一。

Clinical study of nimodipine on intractable epilepsy patients and it''''s antioxcidant role

Objective: To study the brain protection of nimodipine in intractable epilepsy patients Methods: Thirty patients were selected for nimodipine injection by vein with micro injection pump once a day, for seven days, followed by nimodipine tablet treatment for 3 months Effects before and after treatment were compared And the levels of SOD, MDA and GSH PX in the patients' serum before and after treatment were also measured Results: Nimodipine combined with anti seizure drugs had a remarkable effect on intractable epilepsy The levels of SOD and GSH PX increased significantly while the levels of MDA decreased obviously after nimodipine treatment Conclusion: It is suggested that nimodipine plays a role of brain protection in intractable epilepsy This may be relate to its anti free radicle effect in addition to the inhibition of Ca 2+ inflow
